Our Amada / Promecam style press brake tooling,,are made of high quality Italian steel:
- Steel C45
- Steel C45 quenched
- Steel 42CrMo4 quenched
- Steel 1.2312 quenched
Our punches and dies are provided complete with deep induction hardnening ( 55-60 HRC ) and ground on the working areas, in order to ensure the better accuracy and duration.. The use of modern machinery allows us to guarantee a very high level of precision ( tollerance +/- 0,01 mm ).

Inside our e-shop you can find a wide range of standard press brake tools available on stock. On demand we can provide standard modified tools according to your needs ( segmentation, angle, radius, etc ) and special tooling.

- Nitriding - This treatment is recommended for the lower dies to facilitate the sliding of the galvanized sheet. The result is the optimization of tool maintenance
- Phosphating - no rust solution
- Nitriding + Phosphating - better sliding of the sheet and no rust.

Our Trumpf / Wila style tools are made of Italian premium steel 42CrMo4 quenched.

Our punches and dies are provided complete with deep induction hardnening ( 55-60 HRC ) and ground on the working areas, in order to ensure the better accuracy and duration. . The use of modern machinery allows us to guarantee a very high level of precision ( tollerance +/- 0,01 mm ).

Inside our e-shop you can find a wide range of standard press brake tools available on stock. On demand we can provide standard modified tools according to your needs ( segmentation, angle, radius, etc ) and special tooling. The fast lock button is included with the punches < 12,5 kg.

Our Trumpf / Wila style tools can be installed on the following press brakes:

Wila products

Each Wila tool is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy with quenched 42CrMo4 premium steel

Our punches and dies are induction hardened (55-60 HRC) and entirely rectified to grant the highest level of precision and life. Hence, using modern machinery allows our team to reach the most important level of precision and accurancy (tollerance +/- 0,01 mm).

In our web shop, you can find a huge range of tools, promptly available in every standard size. Furthermore, on request, we can even provide standard tools with different release, according to your needs (segmentation, angle, special radius and so on). The safety button is included when the weight is less than 12,7 kg.

Our Wila tools can be easily installed to the follwong bending machines:

Trumpf, Safan, Darley, LVD and each bending machine equipped with Wila style clamping system.

CAD Technologies srl is able to provide its customers with shear blades manufactured by using high quality steels in order to ensure the maximum reliability and wear resistance. Our blades are suitable for cutting materials with resistance up to R = 80Kg / mm2. CAD Technologies shear blades are subjected to a specific heat treatment during the production process to guarantee maximum satisfaction.

Cad Technologies is able to design and supply special tools for each type of press brake. Our team of specialized technicians is at your disposal for the feasibility study and for the design of custom punches and dies. This section of our site is dedicated to the promotion of solutions dedicated to the bending of high strength sheet metal, CAD Technologies is in fact able to supply special tools for sheet metal working with lengths up to 12.000 mm in one piece. The know-how gained over many years of experience gives us the opportunity to design and manufacture for you the proper tools to bend high strength materials such as: Hardox, Weldox, Domex, Strenx and others. Furthermore, the available production technology allows us to produce punches and dies with a maximum concentrated load of 700 T / m on request. Among our past creations we remember with pleasure the production of gooseneck punches and straight knives with an height of 1000 mm. We also have the possibility to provide adjustable dies to optimize machine set-up times and punches with interchangeable radius inserts. Our special tools are developed according to customer needs with our selection of the most appropriate steel and heat treatment.
